Hiring Process
- Application Review: We evaluate applications based on relevant experience, professionalism, and alignment with our values.
- Initial Interview: A short casual conversation to get to know you.
- Main Interview: Includes scenario-based questions and a mock consultation (for SVC roles).
- Shortlisting: Candidates are assessed on communication, problem-solving, and visa knowledge.
- Offer & Onboarding: Final candidates receive offer details and begin onboarding into our systems.
- Probation Period: Performance is reviewed based on KPIs and feedback.
